Overview
ELLA (Emergency Link & Life Assistant) is a connected bracelet prototype designed to detect falls in elderly users and alert their relatives. It explores how a wearable, a mobile application and a cloud service can work together to detect a fall and alert relatives.
Context
ELLA was developed in 2026 as a team project for ESIEE Paris — Jour des Projets 2026.
My contribution
ELLA was built by a team of six, and this page focuses on my own part of the work, mainly on the mobile and alerting side of the prototype:
- Android application interfaces.
- Bluetooth / BLE preparation.
- Firebase-based alert management.
- Real-time sensor data simulation.
